This contract is concluded between:
1. Mladen Savić PR HOSTING TRUE-FALSE BELGRADE MB: 66774481 PIB: 113369208 (hereinafter: Site owner).
2. Each individual User of the site (hereinafter generic term: User of the site).
Introductory provisions
Article 1
This Cookie Policy represents an agreement between the Site Owner and the Site User, regarding the use of technology called "cookies" on the site which is active and available on the internet domain https://truefalsehosting.rs, and which every User can freely access, and with the acceptance of the conditions under which the site operates and the obligation to comply with those conditions.
Definitions and abbreviations
Article 2
The owner of the site is the legal entity that owns the software (code) of the site and the Internet domain with which the software of the site is connected.
The site user is any natural person who is on the internet domain and site that is the subject of this contract.
Use of the site is any access to the site, regardless of whether only a static function is performed or a dynamic function on the site, regardless of the time spent on the site, and regardless of the actions taken.
A session is one use of an Internet browser, regardless of how many websites are visited within that one session, that is, that one use of the site, from opening the Internet browser to closing it.
This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) (hereinafter: ZZPL), and especially in accordance with the principle of transparency, as well as in accordance with the Rulebook on the Protection of Personal Data of the Site Owner.
Purpose of the Cookie Policy
Article 3
The goal of this document is to implement the principles of personal data processing, and especially transparency about the use of cookies on this site.
This document is used together with the Terms of Use of the site and the Privacy Policy and is fully aligned with these documents, but regulates a separate area, i.e. establishes the rules for the use of cookies.
Cookies
Article 4
"Cookies" are small text files that websites exchange with the user's device in order to remember the user's activities on the site.
Cookies are divided into:
- Temporary (sessional) - stored while the Site User's session lasts, that is, until the Site User closes their browser;
- Long-term (permanent) - they are stored for a certain period of time or until the Site User manually deletes them from their browser.
Cookies usually do not contain information that could identify a specific person, but personal data that the Site Owner stores about the Site User may be linked to information stored and obtained from cookies.
In situations where personal data is contained in cookies, the same rules and conditions that are contained and specified in the Privacy Policy apply.
Such files are saved in the browser (device) of the Site User and enable the site or a third party to recognize the Site User and make the next user visit easier and the service more useful.

The site processes the technical information of each Site User, regardless of the will of the Site Owner.

The rules of the Cookie Policy are applied to each User of the site, because it is impossible for cookies not to be applied to certain users.

- Tacit consent - If the Site User does not accept the previous option, and continues using the site, given that the site cannot technically be programmed not to collect data, it will be considered that the Site User has accepted this Privacy Policy.
Types of cookies

We organize cookies into the following groups:
- Necessary cookies - contribute to the regular use of the site by enabling basic functions, such as page navigation and access to protected areas of the site.
- Cookies that are not necessary - these are all cookies that do not fall under the category of necessary and their use requires the consent of the User.
- Third-party cookies - in certain cases, the Site Owner uses third-party cookies.
The necessary cookies are as follows:
- Identification cookies - allow the Company to identify the Users of the site when they log in to their profile, account and how many sessions last;
- User-entered cookies - allow the site to track and remember the User's input when filling out forms on the Internet for the duration of the session or longer;
- Cookies for customizing the user interface - allow the Site User to save the preferred language and/or font settings for the duration of the session or longer.
Non-necessary cookies are:
- Marketing cookies - help the Site Owner to more effectively display relevant ads, specific to the interests of Site Users.

- Marketing cookies - set by the site owner.

Regarding the use of all types of cookies listed in this article, those provisions of this article that directly refer to the technological solutions implemented on the site are used.
Controlling cookies
Article 8.
Users are directed to www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org if they want to read more about cookies and their use.
Most browsers allow cookie control through settings and preferences.
Each Site User can block unwanted Internet activities.
All cookies that are already on the Site User's device can be deleted and the browser set to prevent them from being set.
It may happen that some services or functions of the site will not work if you delete or block some cookies.
Cookie policy changes
Article 9.
The site owner reserves the right to change the Cookie Policy at any time.
If this document changes significantly, i.e. in the essential provisions, all users of the site will be informed about the changes and again after the first subsequent access to the site will have the option to accept the now changed document.
