Here we show you exactly what to do if the site shows a blank white page or \"500 Internal Server Error\" \u2014 respectively, don't panic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Turn on debug to see the error<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter cPanel \u2192 File Manager<\/strong> \u2192 open the folder public_html<\/strong>. wp-config.php<\/strong>. Edit<\/strong>. That's all, stop editing!<\/em> Above<\/strong> in that order add these two new lines (one below the other):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Turn off plugins \u2014 find the culprit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In File Manager, go to public_html \u2192 wp-content<\/strong>. plugins<\/strong>. Rename<\/strong>. plugins_off<\/strong>. plugins_off<\/strong> in plugins<\/strong>. plugins<\/strong> in plugins_off<\/strong>. one by one<\/strong> subfolder from back to \"plugins\" (eg first move \"akismet\" back to plugins), refresh the site until it crashes \u2014 that plugin is the culprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Check the .htaccess<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
