General Terms of Business and Terms of Service
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1.
These general terms and conditions for the use of the services of MLADEN SAVIĆ PR HOSTING TRUE-FALSE BELGRADE - ZVEZDARA define the conditions for the provision of Web Hosting services and the registration of the company's internet domain (hereinafter: General Terms) and regulate the rights and obligations:

(hereinafter: Service Provider) i
Users of Web Hosting services (hereinafter: User) in connection with the conclusion of an agreement on the use of Web Hosting services and the lease of an Internet domain (hereinafter: Agreement).
The user of the service is any natural or legal person who uses the services of the Provider.

MEANING OF CERTAIN TERMS AND EXPRESSIONS
Article 3.
Certain terms used in the General Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
- Internet domain - a unique text label that identifies a set of devices or Internet services, connecting them into a unique administrative and technical entity
- RNIDS - Register of the national Internet domain of Serbia.
- General conditions of RNIDS - General conditions of .rs domain registration published on the RNIDS website www.rnids.rs. .
- Contractual relationship is every single binding relationship between the User and the Provider, which enables the User to use the service.
- User is any natural or legal person, visitor or registered user who publishes content.
- Registered user is a natural or legal person who enters into a contractual relationship with the Service Provider and who has accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Business.
- Third parties are all legal or natural persons (state, authorities, organizations, other companies, etc.) that are not in a contractual relationship with the User and the Service Provider
- Use of Services is any action taken by the User based on the contractual relationship with the Provider
- Illegal content/action is any content or action undertaken by the User, which is contrary to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, the individual Agreement, positive legal and other regulations, i.e. that content or action that the Service Provider deems to be contrary to positive regulations, if there is a possibility or danger of any damage to the public interest, the interests of the Service Provider, or third parties.
The term illegal content or activity includes, but is not limited to: criminal or tortious activities, including child pornography or other illegal pornographic content, fraud, distribution of illegal pornographic content, distribution or consumption of drugs, gambling, harassment, stalking, "spam", phishing, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, sending viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement or trade secret theft,
- advertising to users or offering to buy or sell any products or services through unauthorized or unauthorized ways of using the Service,
- bypassing, or modifying, attempting to bypass, or modifying, or encouraging, or helping other persons to bypass, or modify any of the security technologies or software that are part of the Service,
- forging the header of a TCP/IP packet, or any part of the information in the header in any post, or otherwise using the Service to send altered, fraudulent, or wrong information that identifies the source,
- activities that include the use of viruses, bots, worms, mining software for cryptocurrencies] or some other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functioning of computer software, or hardware, or otherwise allow unauthorized use of, or access to, a computer, or a computer network,
- interfering with access to the Service by any user, host, or network,
- covering, or obscuring advertising through banners or other graphic elements on the user's profile page, or any page of the Service through HTML/CSS, or in some other way,
– including HTML, CSS, or other coding on the user's profile page, including but not limited to any hidden, or otherwise surreptitiously contained codes in the submitted content unrelated to the nature of the submitted content,
- any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to the use of scripts to send images, or videos, interfere with, interrupt, or create an unnecessary load on the Service, or on the network, or services connected to the Service,
- impersonation, or attempt to impersonate a legal or physical person,
- using the access data or username of another user at any time, or giving the password to third parties, or allowing third parties to access a user account that is not theirs,
- sale or transfer of the user profile in some other way,
- using information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or injure a person, and attempt to do so, an illegal commercial advertisement on a user's profile, or accepting payment, or anything of value from third parties in exchange for performing commercial activities through unauthorized, or unauthorized use of the Service on behalf of that person, or erasing, or otherwise modifying notices of copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights appearing on user content, unless
- Using meta tags, or other hidden text, or meta data using the Service Provider's name, trademark, URL address, or product name without the prior express permission of the Service Provider.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Service, or violate any security or authentication measures.
- Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express permission.
- Impersonating, or misrepresenting a relationship with someone, through a forwarded text, or other form of social engineering, or other forms of fraud,
- Using the Services in a manner that does not comply with any applicable laws and regulations, or violates the Services, or network security.
For the sake of a good understanding of the term, the term Spam, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms, is considered the abuse of a hosting account for the purpose of sending unsolicited mass messages without any criteria or with broad criteria.
- A security measure is any measure taken by the Service Provider to prevent unauthorized action/content of the User, including but not limited to account termination, content distribution prevention, permanent disabling of the service.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Article 4.
The service is intended for the provision of professional storage of Internet sites (English hosting, hereinafter: hosting), domain registration and management services in the field of information technology.
The services of the Service Provider are:
- Hosting with shared server use (eng. Shared Web hosting)
– VPS (Virtual Private Server) on servers equipped with disks without moving parts (English Solid State Drive, abbreviated SSD)
- Hosting with exclusive use of the server (dedicated hosting)
- Internet domain registration
– Issuance of SSL certificates
- Design, implementation, maintenance and integration of various solutions in information technologies
Article 5.
Content posted by users through the Service, regardless of the form and format of the content (text, graphics, photos, audio, video, etc.) must be accurate and correct.
Article 6.
Any use of the Service, in whole or in part, that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, will be considered a misuse of the services provided by the Service Provider, and a violation of the Terms of Use.
Article 7.
The user independently chooses a password during registration and is solely responsible for the secrecy of the password and the use of the Service through access data.
Article 8.
The service provider will, at every single opportunity, provide full support for the protection of the rights of personality, privacy, property rights and intellectual property rights to all persons holding those rights, or those persons whose rights have been violated, by, without delay:
- remove the content so that it is not publicly available, and save the content for the purposes of proof,
to the competent authority, submit data about the user whose input violates one of the listed or other rights, all in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Article 9.
When providing services, the Service Provider is not obliged to review the data it has stored,
transmitted or made available, i.e. to investigate circumstances that would point to illegal actions of the User.
Article 10.
The service provider is obliged by law to inform the competent state authority if he reasonably suspects that:
1) by using the service, the User undertakes illegal activities;
2) the User provided illegal data.
This notification about illegal activity or data must contain information about the sender of the notification, a precise description of the place on the website, or other electronic display where the illegal data appears, as well as an explanation of the illegality.
Article 11.
The service provider is obliged to present, on the basis of the appropriate judicial or administrative act, all data on the basis of which the detection or prosecution of the perpetrators of criminal acts, or the protection of the rights of third parties, can be undertaken.
Article 12.
The service provider transmits electronic messages submitted to him by users of information society services, but in no way: he does not initiate their transmission, he does not select the data or documents that are transmitted, he does not exclude or change data in the content of messages or documents, nor choose the recipient of the transmission.
Article 13.
The service provider reserves the right to change, cancel (either temporarily or permanently) any element of the Service, the services it provides, as well as content or input, regardless of who the author is and without prior approval or notice, with the application of good business practices.
Article 14.
All timelines and deadlines displayed through the Service, as well as the time zone and working days are calculated according to the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
Article 15.
The user pays the price of the service before the service is performed.
Article 16.
The service provider can provide each User individually with additional services that are not defined in these Terms of Use, and which is concluded in a separate agreement defining those additional services.
PRICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Article 17.
The prices of the services provided by the Service Provider, as unique prices for a certain territory, are listed in the Price List, which is considered an integral part of these Terms of Use, and is located at the Internet address: https://truefalsehosting.rs/
When paying by payment to the Service Provider, the User pays the calculated amount to the Service Provider according to the invoice or pro/invoice provided by the Service Provider.
Article 18

we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers.
Article 19.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Article 20.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, NLB Komercijalna banka, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website.
Article 21.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used.
Article 22.
- Web Hosting - a set of services that the Service Provider provides to the User in order to place the User's presentation and other content on the Internet, together with the Internet domain registration service, issuance of VPS and dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and in accordance with the selected service package.
- In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Service Provider is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.
SERVICE ACTIVATION
Article 23.
Ordering web hosting services is done through defined services at the address https://truefalsehosting.rs/ with the acceptance of the General Terms of Service.
Article 24.
The specification of the ordered web hosting services will be shown on the invoice/bill of the authorized distributor of hosting services.
Article 25.
Payment for the ordered web hosting services is made in the form of an advance payment based on the invoice provided by the authorized distributor, no later than 2 days from the date of receipt of the invoice.
Upon receipt of the confirmation of payment on the basis of the submitted invoice, the Service Provider is obliged to activate the hosting account within 48 hours.
Article 26.
The authorized distributor of hosting services is obliged to issue an invoice to the client for the amount charged based on the rental of hosting services.
Article 27
The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contractual relationship even before the end of the period for which the services are leased in case of violation of the provisions of these conditions by the user without the obligation to comply with the notice period.
Article 28
The user is obliged, in case of premature termination of the contractual relationship, to notify the Service Provider of the intended termination 30 days in advance.
Article 29.
Compensation for using the Service paid by the User according to the Price List of the Service Provider for the time period for which he wants to be registered on the Service as a registered user, no later than the day indicated as the payment deadline.
Article 30.
The Service Provider has the right to stop providing the possibility of using the Service to those Users who, at its own discretion, consider that they do not meet the standards to which the Service Provider is committed, and especially those who do not pay their contractual obligations in a timely manner, or do not pay them, or there is a discretionary assessment by the Service Provider that they will not be able to pay them.
EXTENSION OF SERVICES
Article 31.
For the leased hosting account or domain registration, a pro-invoice is automatically created for renewal in the next subscription period if the user has not canceled the subscription according to the price list that is in effect at the time of renewal.
The service provider has the right to notify the user about the expiration of the hosting period and leased hosting services no later than 20 days before the expiration of the active hosting account.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Article 32.
Internet domains are registered in the name of the service user for the period specified in the registration application, according to the valid price list and after receipt of confirmation of payment in accordance with the instructions provided.
Article 33.
In order to register domains for its Users, the Service Provider will forward the collected data to the Register of National Internet Domains of Serbia (RNIDS) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), in accordance with the rules on registration of national and international domains.
Article 34.
All user data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.
In order for the Service Provider to successfully process the User's request for service activation, the User must enter correct data.
Article 35.
The service provider reserves the right to define the administrative, technical and payment contact if it considers it necessary for the normal functioning of the domain.
Article 36.
The service provider reserves the right to publicly publish data on WHOIS services if the user has not requested activation of the domain owner data protection service.
Article 37.
The service provider will not be responsible for the extension of the domain registration if the user has not made the payment in time in accordance with the forwarded invoice for the extension of the web hosting or domain services.
Article 38.
The service provider will not be responsible for damages caused by technical problems in the functioning of the Internet domain in any sense.
Article 39.
The service provider reserves the right to enter its own administrative or technical data on the WHOIS services in order to make changes in accordance with the user's requirements.
Article 40.
The USER is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data for the domain owner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY OF AVAILABILITY
Article 41.
Users use the Service solely at their own risk.
Article 42.
The service provider transmits the data entered by the User through the communication network, and is not responsible for automatic, intermediate and temporary storage that serves only to more efficiently form the transfer of data requested by other users of the service because: it does not change the data;
Article 43.
The service provider stores the data provided by the User, at the User's request, and is not responsible for the content of the stored data because: it does not know and cannot know about the illegal action of the User or the content of the data;
Article 44.
The service provider can provide access to the data of another service provider (Link) through an electronic link, but is not responsible for that information because: it does not know and cannot know about the User's illegal actions or the content of the data in that information;
Article 45.
The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, nor the content itself posted by the user.
Article 46.
The limitation of liability refers to all damage (material and/or immaterial), or injuries that could arise from hidden defects, errors, interruptions, deletion, loss of data, non-delivery of e-mail messages, malfunctions, delays in operation or transmission of computer viruses, interruptions in communications, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to data, changes or misuse of data by third parties, termination of contracts, behavior contrary to the Terms of Use, negligence, etc.
Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, the Service Provider is not responsible for any temporary unavailability of the Service, nor for partial or complete non-functioning or incorrect functioning of the same.
The service may be temporarily unavailable or available to a limited extent, as a result of regular or extraordinary system maintenance, or in the event of a system upgrade.
Article 47.
The service provider reserves the right to take measures that may limit or disable access to services if there are technical, security, operational or other reasons for this in order to maintain the required level of functionality and operability of the hosting network and individual services, as well as in the case of requests from competent state authorities.
Article 48.
The service provider is not responsible for damage caused by non-functionality in the operation of a part or the entire hosting infrastructure due to technical reasons, force majeure, or irregularities in the operation of hardware and software, except for the reduction of compensation in proportion to the duration of the irregularity.
Article 49.
The service provider is not responsible for the content, security and accuracy of information that the user exchanges with other Internet users, as well as for the security of user data.
Article 50.
The service provider has the right to, in cases of illegal user behavior, inform the user via e-mail about omissions and illegal actions, as well as the obligation to stop illegal activities.
Article 51.
The service provider performs a monthly backup of the hosting account, but does not guarantee the integrity and content of the backup copies because they are generated by the cPanel service.
The service provider is not responsible in cases of interruption of the provision of hosting services due to work on the server infrastructure, on parts of the Internet that it has no influence on, or on the condition that it informs the user about the planned work no later than 24 hours before the start of the work.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Article 52.
The USER is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data specified in the registration application when renting web hosting services.
KORINIK undertakes to always have up-to-date contact information and to notify the Service Provider of any change thereof, and in order to maintain the necessary level of communication during the leased hosting period, within 3 days from the date of data change.
The USER undertakes not to give access data for access to hosting resources to third parties and to keep them confidential in order to protect the integrity of the data.
The USER undertakes that the content he places on the internet presentation will be in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia, and that the presented content will not commit a criminal offense, economic access, violation of copyright or intellectual property, an act of unfair competition, violation of the personal rights of citizens, unauthorized access to other people's information or the distribution of viruses and other harmful content.
The USER is responsible for the presented textual, multimedia or other content, regardless of whether he personally uploaded that content, or the content was uploaded by an authorized or unauthorized third party whose access or activation by third parties may lead to some of the illegal activities or violations of the legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
The USER undertakes not to cause a load on the server infrastructure beyond the permitted values for the use of processing and memory resources, in which case the hosting account will be temporarily suspended.
The USER is responsible for maintaining the security of the hosting account in order to prevent malicious activities that cause damage to other users on the server or third parties, as well as for creating backup copies of the hosting account.
Article 53.
The USER will not use web hosting packages, VPS and dedicated servers as well as server hosting services for sending unsolicited SMS and email messages (SPAM), so that pirated content will not be stored on the Service Provider's servers.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA - RULES
Article 54.
The service provider processes the necessary data of those persons who have given their consent for processing, for a clearly defined purpose, in a manner permitted by law, so that the person to whom the data refers is not determined or determinable even after the purpose of the processing has been achieved, and in proportion to the purpose of the processing.
The data processed must be true and complete, as well as based on a reliable source, that is, a source that is not out of date.
A detailed description of the personal data that is collected and how it is stored can be found in the Privacy Policy, which is a separate contract.
All general acts of the Service Provider must comply with this Regulation on the protection of personal data.
If a general act is not in accordance with this Rulebook with regard to the protection of personal data, the provisions of this Rulebook shall apply.
NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS
Article 55.
The User agrees that the Service Provider may periodically send him notifications related to the content of the Service, as well as notifications related to the Service, as well as advertising notifications.
Article 56.
Complaints
As the Service Provider provides an information society service, it is not possible to file a complaint regarding the service provided.
The information society service provided by the Service Provider is fully performed because the provision of the service began after the explicit prior consent of the User to use the service, and the User, by accepting these Terms, confirms that he knows that he loses the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that the Service Provider fully fulfills his contractual obligations.
Article 57.
Domain registration is not subject to complaints and refunds are not possible after the domain complaint has been completed.
TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 58.
Change of Terms
The service provider has the right to amend or supplement these Terms of Use at any time, by publishing the amendments in a refined text on its own website and/or sending a notification (via e-mail) to all registered users, at least eight days before the day of their application.
If the already registered user does not give an explicit answer within the specified period, it will be considered that he agrees with the new Terms of Use.
Article 59.
All disputes arising from the execution of this contract will be resolved by agreement between the contracting parties.
The parties can agree on the term and method of amicable resolution of the disputed relationship.
In case the dispute is not resolved by agreement of the parties, the court in Belgrade is competent.
Entry into force
These Terms of Use are effective as of 01/31/2024.
